Thom was great he got me through the process. Buying a car can seem to take a lot of time, and it does. Not because the dealership wants it to. It's because of the paperwork that they are require Buying a car can seem to take a lot of time, and it does. Not because the dealership wants it to. It's because of the paperwork that they are required to do by the government. As a side note the GM Jeff Lish came out of his way to help me make the process even faster. We also had great conversations and he was polite not pushy and cut to the chase and made it even easier. Most Gm's don't come out and help always, but he did and I thank him very much. Also the Finance Manager Martin was fast and made the process easy. As a recent surviving cancer patient he made my experience "remembering" I won't forget Thom and Jeff and their kindness! More

I would give Arthur 5 stars! He was fantastic and helped me like I was his own daughter in what would be a better buy and took his time and was very kind and helpful. As for the service department, I would avoid them like the plague. When there was an issue with my vehicle less than a day after buying it the service department said rudely “I’m not sales, I’m service.” when I explained what happened and asked me if I was going to be there before 5:30pm to which I replied “If the vehicle isn’t working how would I get there?” He then ordered me a Lyft. He told me he would have a rental at Enterprise ready for me and when I got to Enterprise they didn’t have a car ready and asked me for a card to put on hold. I had to walk across the street to the dealership and they then loaned me one of their cars. My car was fixed (just needed a battery) and all is well now. I would say buying from Arthur is great though. He is a huge gem! More
