As for the service department, I would avoid them like the plague. When there was an issue with my vehicle less than a day after buying it the service department said rudely “I’m not sales, I’m service.” when I explained what happened and asked me if I was going to be there before 5:30pm to which I replied “If the vehicle isn’t working how would I get there?” He then ordered me a Lyft. He told me he would have a rental at Enterprise ready for me and when I got to Enterprise they didn’t have a car ready and asked me for a card to put on hold. I had to walk across the street to the dealership and they then loaned me one of their cars. My car was fixed (just needed a battery) and all is well now. I would say buying from Arthur is great though. He is a huge gem! More
