Thomas mislead us that a deposit we made to locate a vehicle would be refundable. We were told the car search could take up to 6 months so we asked, if we decided to cancel the search before that, cou vehicle would be refundable. Our invoice also states that the deposit is refundable, yet when I asked for my refund, I was told that they "may have secured a car and will know tomorrow", and told me I could not get a refund. This is not the first time we were told that. He refused to refund me and I was told there was nobody currently in the office that I could speak today. More
