All Help was professional and courteous. Used cars for sale were in nice condition. Selection was very good. My husband and I were disappointed in the truth of advertising. The vehicle we wa Used cars for sale were in nice condition. Selection was very good. My husband and I were disappointed in the truth of advertising. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was clearly advertised as certified vehicle but when we questioned our sales person he said it was pre-certifiable and that it would cost another $899 if we wanted to certify. This is not what we understand the Mazda certification to be. I will say that the sales team was accommodating and waived the certification cost. Next we went to finance part of the vehicle. We have excellent credit and we should have received 7.9% interest fee as advertised on your website the day we were financing for excellent credit but 8.5% was the best that they would do. Unfair with our credit score. We were told by Manny in finance that it was based on the risk of the car when we were only financing less than half of the sell price. So basically I give your dealership an average score because the people were all professional but the advertising practices are unfair to all consumers. BTW when we test drove the car our sales person and I noticed a thumping when the brakes were applied. We asked to have it check out. When we picked up the car I asked if the brakes were checked for the noise. The technician said that it was oxidation on he rotors. After driving the car the thumping noise did not go away so now we are bring the car in for service. I appreciate the fast accommodation but wish this was looked at a little more carefully before we picked up the car. We went looking at several Mazda dealers. To be honest others engaged in "creative advertising" but not all. It was refreshing to work with some dealers that was upfront about all cost. It might be something that Brightbay may want to consider. I would recommend your dealership to others and already have. It would be nice to simplify the process. Thank you for listening More

The service department is always so accommodating. It’s inconvenient to have to bring your car in but they really do put so much effort into making it a pleasant experience.
