I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I paid $212. 00 and my issue wasn’t fixed. Thank goodness my Service Manager mentioned I probably had duel heating and AC controls. When I asked him to show me AFT 00 and my issue wasn’t fixed. Thank goodness my Service Manager mentioned I probably had duel heating and AC controls. When I asked him to show me AFTER I ALREADY PAID, this is when we found out the issue was as simple as taking off the dual temperature control. I was severely ripped off. This is terrible service! Love going for service at Daytona Toyota - I always have great service - everyone is always friendly and helpful from the time I arrive till the time I check out —easy to get an appointment—‘and the work i great service - everyone is always friendly and helpful from the time I arrive till the time I check out —easy to get an appointment—‘and the work is done as stated - I had a 55,000 mile service / oil change /front and rear wiper blades / replace and tint drivers & passengers front windows/ replace brake fluids/ replace fuel fluids /check and air up if needed all tires and rotate tires/ Drives great ! Love my Toyota Sienna!!!! Excellent service ! I had Thomas at service desk 8 - and he was great ! - I also had help from Service desk 7,, as I arrived early and he was happy to start and do my paper work - He was great ! I had my Camry serviced at Daytona Toyota and they keep telling me things needed that I have completed but won’t accept. They also said they checked the battery and it was good. The very next day I went sh telling me things needed that I have completed but won’t accept. They also said they checked the battery and it was good. The very next day I went shopping with my wife for about 40 minutes. When we came out to the car the battery was dead. Nothing was left on. I’m losing confidence in the service claimed to be completed as everything is always checked. Toyota factory service is nothing close to what Daytona Toyota claims to be needed. I have also told the service adviser and service manager about the “parking brake malfunction see your dealer immediately “. They told me there is nothing they can do unless they see the light. I’ve showed photos of it. I find it hard to believe that this problem will not record a code. I had my truck oil changed last year. I saw the mechanic draining the oil. When I got home I checked the oil I discovered it black as it was when it went in. I drained the oil and took it back to the service manager. He gave me jugs of new clear oil. No explanation given. He said the mechanic is the son of one of our longest best mechanics. That could be a double edged sword. Not happy. More
