I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. The service is very good. But I’m frustrated with the service record as I’m unable to add anything I have completed. I’ve changed my plugs, brakes, windshield wipers, fluids e But I’m frustrated with the service record as I’m unable to add anything I have completed. I’ve changed my plugs, brakes, windshield wipers, fluids except transmission, filters, u-joints, differential and transfer case oil and replaced front wheel bearings. But I can’t get credit for anything. I continue to get notices that things are due of which I have completed. Not happy with that. More

I had asked to have the rear brakes replaced as they came up as yellow on the needs attention report two services ago. I will recommend Daytona Toyota to anyone looking for a new car or to service one. More

Was not happy with the service the last time I was in. They did not fill my tires with air, just wanted to have unnecessary things done to my vehicle. I am not sure my oil was changed. I feel like my time was wasted and that I was not valued as a customer! I do not want to go back to have my car serviced at this location! More
