I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

spoke with cooperate they did nothing to help Toyota is becoming a joke , everyone at Daytona has went down hill they don't care anymore forced me to go back to beaver where found part left off my car!!!!! More

You caused an extra trip to another dealership cause you couldn't be trusted, you were told how i felt etc on the call you said you would cover the 118.00$ charge then sent 50.00$ When I called you said the rest of the managers declined said no etc. A verbal agreement is enforceable which is what i should do but instaed you just lost all our business you guys are crooks!!!!!!!

Well, you have to have an appointment to get your free oil change but you shouldn’t have to wait 2 1/2 hours to have it done More
