I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. Excellent customer service, especially from Thomas at the service center! He is always super friendly and helpful. Really upset with how my visit went. I paid in excess of 400 dollars for an oil change(conventional) = 60 bucks???? Air filter and cabin filter. 250 for a battery. Lifetime warranty. All the while all of this took nearly 4 hours to complete. I also had an appointment!! Poor management with everyones excuse as to how high prices have climbed is ( the econnomy is bad) what a crock. Ill never be back. More
