I HAVE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS FOR OVER 15 YRS. I STARTED AS A SERVICE PORTER, MOVED TO DETAIL FOR 1YEAR BECAME A DETAIL MANAGER, WAS A DETAIL MANAGER FOR 7YEARS, MOVED TO SALES DID CAR SALES FOR 6 YEARS DID FLOOR SALES AND INTERNET MANAGER.I HAVE TRAINING FROM DISNEY, RITZ-CARLTON,AND BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY. I STARTED IN SERVICE IN JULY/ 2019 AFTER A FEW YEARS OUT OF THE CAR BUSINESS. I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SON THAT IS MY WHOLE WORLD. I ENJOY THE OUT DOORS, FISHING, 4 WHEELERS, COOKOUTS, BEACH AND POOL DAYS, AND BEING WITH LOVED ONES. I WAS BORN IN LEXINGTON, KY BUT HAVE LIVED IN VARIOUS PARTS OF FLORIDA SINCE I WAS 6 YRS OLD

Mechanic left disconnected sensor on motor, did not check low tires, damaged owner's manual on our visit in September 2022. Manager was to follow-up and get back to us, he never has. Very disappointing. More

I really do not want to bring my frustration out on anybody that was not involved in this transaction but this has been going on now for 2 years and I will tell you the number one person I have been dealing with is Dean who has been absolutely difficult to deal with I keep going around and around with these people and I just rather take my business elsewhere. I even asked how much a cash price would be for a vehicle and still got the runaround
