Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! There are not enough great things to say about this dealership. We had the great pleasure of working with Tom who was hands down the greatest! Subaru Superstore has a real Gem working for them: Tom Darby!! Such a nice young man...friendly, quiet demeanor, quick to smile, and extremely knowledgeable about His product! He's the salesman you always Darby!! Such a nice young man...friendly, quiet demeanor, quick to smile, and extremely knowledgeable about His product! He's the salesman you always hope for...but don't usually get!! I knew nothing about a Subaru, except for their outstanding safety rating. Now I know why they are safe, the difference between a Forester and an Outback, and I even understand the Boxer engine! Tom explains in a very interesting manner. He kept in touch, but was never pushy. With the "car buying frenzy" going on right now, and my specific option list and color wishes, I had to move on, and didn't buy a Subaru at this time....but if I ever do, it'll be from Tom Darby!! Thanks so much for a great experience. More
