Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! Tom Darby is the best salesman I have ever had. Darby is truly an honest, upfront guy. He was patient and helpful. I had never had anyone spend so much time with me before and be si patient. I reall Darby is truly an honest, upfront guy. He was patient and helpful. I had never had anyone spend so much time with me before and be si patient. I really enjoyed our conversations and how much he learned about us. He invested in us and built a relationship with us. We weren't just a deal and quick money. He truly but a relationship. I will go back to Darby and buy ever car from him and recommend him. I would recommend him to anyone. He gave us a great deal! More

This is what a sales/ car buying experience should be. His knowledge base is exceptional... he doesn’t oversell or push you into something out of your realm. We can talk about the sale, but what counts most? The service after the sale. Darby’s follow up is superb. Periodic check ins to make sure things are going well with the vehicle. It is very much appreciated and makes me feel like a valued customer, rather than a “one-turn” sale. More

Great Experience As many of the other reviews say working with Darby was a no pressure experience. I was looking for a Forester with some specific options and he foun As many of the other reviews say working with Darby was a no pressure experience. I was looking for a Forester with some specific options and he found one that was just delivered to the dealership. While I couldn’t test drive until the prepped. Darby brought it up front and showed it to me to inspect. Darby found a similar one for me to test drive. Darby explained the different systems and answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable on the vehicles he sells. Some sales representatives are not. While the process to purchase the vehicle took a little longer then normal due to it needing to be prepped, Darby kept following up on its progressed and kept me informed. I would recommend Darby to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. More
