Born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, Pa. My wife, Kristen and I moved out to AZ over 11 years ago and together we have a beautiful little girl, Aislyn. When not at work, I like watching my hometown Steelers and Penguin games, or a quiet night at home with my family. I also enjoy taking my family on outdoor adventures (hiking, fishing, and camping) enjoying our beautiful, sunny state in either of our Subarus. I also enjoy taking my daughter to her favorite spots (the Zoo, Odysea, etc.) I have been in the Auto industry for over 10 years, and have been with Subaru for the past 9. It’s a brand I love and believe in and find it easy to stand behind(I own two myself!) I take pride in providing a GREAT customer experience helping to get them into the car they want! My First Car and an Extra Ordinary Service I stopped by at Subaru Superstore, Chandler with no plans at all. I was gonna look for used cars at other dealership, but I thot it wouldn't hurt to c I stopped by at Subaru Superstore, Chandler with no plans at all. I was gonna look for used cars at other dealership, but I thot it wouldn't hurt to check out some cars here. Thomas Darby was my sales person in charge, and he was not just trying to sell the car, but also trying to find a best fit for me and my driving needs. Not to mention, the dealership takes that extra mile to keep their cars in a tip top condition. All the used cars I saw, I couldn't tell if it was ever used. They were just so clean (inside out). Unlike other dealership, Thomas put no pressure on us. I was at Chapman the other day, and the salesman didn't let me leave the dealership without buying a car! Thomas and James gave me tips on buying a used car as in what I should be looking for and what I should be avoiding, and many more things. They are knowledgeable person, they know what he they are doing. I took my time to decide on my purchase. I came back after 2 days, Thomas helped me schedule my test drive, even when he couldn't make it there. I took the test drive, liked the car. Later, I took the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). James helped me get the paperwork done for the PPI. The mechanic told me I was going to buy a really amazing car. james treated me as a family, he's very friendly. Next, I went back to the dealership, got all the paperwork done, and got the car with all my questions answered. Thanks to Thomas and James, my purchase was a really pleasant experience. The price I got for my car, was the cheapest in Arizona, I've done my research well and I know I got the best deal. Would recommend my friends and family for their next purchase. More

Darby even notified me of the rock chips on the first car I was supposed to receive due to bad weather during its transportation to the dealership. He was honest and did not want to cover it up or sell it to me due to its condition and we decided an alternative plan. Him and the whole Subaru Superstore team have been up front and honest, did not make me feel pressured at all through the process (which is very intimidating for a first time car buyer) and got me the car that I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience!! More
