We were nearing the end of a 36-month lease on our Subaru Outback, inclined to lease another Outback, and Darby was extremely knowledgeable regarding our lease-end options and the entire range of the Subaru inventory, listening to what we said, answering our questions and helping us focus on the best options for us--we ultimately chose another Outback! Darby is an expert on the In's and Out's of auto leasing, did a great job of explaining our options and creating a positive shopping environment--we had the information we needed, no pressure. and all the time we needed. Darby is thoroughly professional, a great listener, and patient as well. Darby deserves recognition for his skills and personal qualities--the dealership should consider utilizing Darby in a mentoring role for other sales associates and giving him additional managerial responsibilities. Also want to thank Alex Aaslid for doing a great job of explaining the financing documents, and Josh for explaining the new features of our Ouyback, setting up the bluetooth, etc. This dealership does a great job--we will recommend it to others and continue to be customers. Great experience We came in knowing what we wanted and after less than 2 minutes on their website we found. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted quickly b We came in knowing what we wanted and after less than 2 minutes on their website we found. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted quickly by Darby. Again, because we knew exactly what we wanted, it didn't take long to find the specific vehicle. Darby answered all our questions and got us in our Forrester faster than I thought was possible! We have 2 children and they were accommodated and the facility was well equipped to keep them occupied. Asslide was who we were with for all the signing and it was so fast, easy, and very well explained. The only reason I give the dealership a 4-star was (and I understand the idea behind an open floor plan concept) I found it a little uncomfortable going through our financial details with other customers sitting within ear shot of were we were at in an open lobby type setting. For the signing of all the documents, if we wanted to close a door we could have, but not during our personal financial information. That just seemed backwards. Other than that, I prefer this dealership over the other one in Phoenix or Tucson. When we're ready for anther vehicle we will for sure be coming back to this specific dealership. More

I was gonna look for used cars at other dealership, but I thot it wouldn't hurt to check out some cars here. Thomas Darby was my sales person in charge, and he was not just trying to sell the car, but also trying to find a best fit for me and my driving needs. Not to mention, the dealership takes that extra mile to keep their cars in a tip top condition. All the used cars I saw, I couldn't tell if it was ever used. They were just so clean (inside out). Unlike other dealership, Thomas put no pressure on us. I was at Chapman the other day, and the salesman didn't let me leave the dealership without buying a car! Thomas and James gave me tips on buying a used car as in what I should be looking for and what I should be avoiding, and many more things. They are knowledgeable person, they know what he they are doing. I took my time to decide on my purchase. I came back after 2 days, Thomas helped me schedule my test drive, even when he couldn't make it there. I took the test drive, liked the car. Later, I took the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). James helped me get the paperwork done for the PPI. The mechanic told me I was going to buy a really amazing car. james treated me as a family, he's very friendly. Next, I went back to the dealership, got all the paperwork done, and got the car with all my questions answered. Thanks to Thomas and James, my purchase was a really pleasant experience. The price I got for my car, was the cheapest in Arizona, I've done my research well and I know I got the best deal. Would recommend my friends and family for their next purchase. More
