A few days later, after I had contacted the Costco Auto Program, we returned and test drove a certified pre-owned Crosstour and Outback. After much discussion amongst ourselves and with Tom, we purchased a 2018 Outback from their inventory. Tom was personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. The initial sales person left the company before I took delivery but took the time to notify me that Tom was going to take lead point on the sale. The vehicle arrived about 4 weeks earlier than initially expected, Tom was patient while I was in process of selling my Lexus privately. When I finally came in to purchase the vehicle it was quick and easy with paperwork and financing. I can honestly say I spent about 2 total hours at the dealership before driving off in my new 2018 Subaru WRX STI.
