This was the opposite of other dealerships I had visited previously. Tom listened when I had questions, concerns, or stated I wanted to think through the options. Instead of a phone call/email every day, I was allowed to look at my options and follow up on my own schedule. All associates I worked with were very professional and helpful throughout the process from the initial test drive to final purchase. Even on a busy day, the purchase process went by in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to others. More

He was so knowledgeable, but also NOT at all pushy and a smooth transaction. He's the BEST in the business. How do I know he's the best? Well...(side story) I'm not sure what possessed me to go stupidly to another dealership instead of going with Tom when leasing my first car, but it was a BIG MISTAKE. I had a horrendous experience and learned EXACTLY what a real car salesman with integrity was: Tom. He helped guide me out of that terrible situation (even though he didn't have to), and then helped me get a good deal on a Subaru. He's just so knowledgeable, he might as well have a PhD in Subarus and finance. He's so pleasant to work with and does things with integrity. I would highly recommend him and Subarus altogether. More

Pretty much painless! I dropped into the dealership and was met by Tom Darby. A few days later, after I had contacted the Costco Auto Program, we returned and test drove a certified pre-owned Crosstour and Outback. After much discussion amongst ourselves and with Tom, we purchased a 2018 Outback from their inventory. Tom was personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He made a normally unpleasant task very smooth and uncomplicated. More

In this dealership on the other hand, we were put right at ease by the down-to-earth and balanced attitude of agent Tom Darby. The initial sales person left the company before I took delivery but took the time to notify me that Tom was going to take lead point on the sale. The vehicle arrived about 4 weeks earlier than initially expected, Tom was patient while I was in process of selling my Lexus privately. When I finally came in to purchase the vehicle it was quick and easy with paperwork and financing. I can honestly say I spent about 2 total hours at the dealership before driving off in my new 2018 Subaru WRX STI. I am thoroughly pleased with the level of service I received at Subaru Superstore of Chandler. Thank you! More
