He got us checked in in a timely manner and then arranged transportation to and from the mall while they serviced our vehicle. I expressed interest in perhaps buying another extended warranty since ours is about done at 60,000 miles . He referred me to Jose Alvarez who expertly explained our different available options and we bought the one that suited us best . Totally pleased with our experience at Brandon HONDA .. I've long since lost track of service requirements, etc. Thanks to the great record keeping at Brandon Honda, Tom was able to scroll up my complete maintenance history and recommend a package including discounts. Now all the usual checks are done, all tubing for liquids replaced as well as coolant and oil filter change. Plus the timing belt has been replaced proactively. A loaner car was provided so the 1.5 days it took was painless. Now I can drive with confidence and my car was returned with detailed cleaning both inside and out. Very pleased with service and results. More
