We went to Subaru, Kia, Dodge but eventually stopped at Hackettstown Honda. We test drove the HRV because it was not too big for me and the vehicle had very nice interior upgrades. Kamal vas very nice and professional. He helped us get a brand new car delivered after the only red one had a bit of a scratch on it. They were upfront with their deal and ended up making a wonderful deal for us. The manager, I believe Thomas was also very nice and they both wanted us to get the best deal possible. I recommend them whenever someone wants to purchase a new car. I will definitely be back in the future when we decide to get another car. More

Honda Ridgeline Met Ronny when the Ridgeline trucks came in. He showed me everything about the truck. He knows the ins and outs of this vehicle. Kamel was not helpful in the sale of my truck, he wanted a service done from my father before he would give me information on the car I was buying. Matt helped with the deliver of my truck, was very nice, plus appointed me to Roy. Roy helped finish the paperwork of my truck ( he made the experience in signing the papers and looking at the truck fun). Thomas has helped in checking on the buy of my vehicle in make sure my truck excees all my expectations. Roy, Matt, Thomas and Ronny thank you for all your help, it's greatly appreciated. Love my Truck!!! More

I wasn't ready to commit to buying yet but wanted to plan ahead. They completely understood and granted me with some solid information of what Honda of hackettstown had to offer that other dealers didn't. I knew then what separated this dealership from the rest. So you bet when the time came to purchase I came back. This time I met with Roy on a very busy day. But busy is good there's a reason everyone comes here. Roy wanted to know what if anything was holding me back and what he could do to ease any doubts. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He has a great sense of humor as well which helped further confirm I was at the right place. Roy had no idea I was coming in that day and the vehicle I was interested in to no fault of his own was a little dirty from the weather. Rest assured he immediately brought the vehicle to their service station for a complete detail job. I didnt have to say a thing. The car was brought out looking newer than new and I was sold. Let me start by saying I have been to many Honda dealerships, some in NJ and others in PA and VA. The Honda of Hackettstown dealership is heads and toes above any dealership Honda or otherwise! They are friendly, take the time to see what you needs are and really seem to care. I have now been to Hackettstown Honda two times and had a remarkable experience each time. From the Cashier (Christine), to the Service calls (Bill), to one of gentleman who assisted me with questions (Alex) to the manager (Tom), everyone is exceptional. If you are looking for a Honda look no farther than Hackettstown Honda, you will not be disappointed! Ok, that last sentence might have sounded like a commercial, but it is true:) More

Didn't love the sales approach, but the delivery was great Its been a long time since I was in the average car dealership.. Didn't love the pushiness, nor the fact that they advertise a car that they won't se Its been a long time since I was in the average car dealership.. Didn't love the pushiness, nor the fact that they advertise a car that they won't sell and lie on the phone and tell you that it would be about 30 days till the recall was done and the car could go. Then when you get there... they tell you it is more like 90 days till it might be ready to go... Then they bring on other cars. In the end, the salesman did come through and a car was purchased and the delivery was a good experience. They worked very hard to please. I think we got a good car. Loved the optional warranty... Hope it is as good as it sounds.. I was not thrilled to hear the manager wanted to thank us for our business....but, I did feel he was very sincere and meant what he said... It seems as though they do care and do try to please. They were very thoughtful and offered beverages ect. So, in the end, I have come out rather pleased with the experience. More
