I had molded assist steps (running boards) installed on my 2024 Enclave. Cost was over $950.00 including installation. I can honestly say these steps are totally useless. They look nice but have no practic my 2024 Enclave. Cost was over $950.00 including installation. I can honestly say these steps are totally useless. They look nice but have no practical use at all. If I can get them removed for nothing I would do it. No fault of the service department but BUICK totally missed the boat on this one. They only make it harder to enter and exit the vehicle now. I sent a letter to Buick also. GRRRRRRR!! More

Poor customer service, as a Cadillac customer for 10 plus years we have never experienced the poor level of service as we have with the purchase and maintenance of this vehicle.
