I took a while to write this review because I was having a hard time determining who was lying to me. It is now clear the sales department was just saying whatever they needed to say to make/keep a sale. a hard time determining who was lying to me. It is now clear the sales department was just saying whatever they needed to say to make/keep a sale. My initial review was going to be a 5 star review due to the spectacular first impression. But now I'd leave a 0 star just based on promises not being kept. (It is easy to provide excellent service before a client pays you, but I would say a better judge of character is how the business handled clients who have already written a check). This X6M we purchased had tires mounted backwards, and incomplete service on the brakes. The brakes were so bad that when braking at 70mph the entire car felt like it was going to fall apart (due to incredibly uneven brake pads). We took it to another BMW dealership in Orange County. They confirmed and serviced the brakes, the pad was down to 1mm while the other side was nearly brand new. This issue was so bad I had to bring it to bring it to the closest shop to see what was wrong. They told me, then I immediately took it to Irvine BMW and they confirmed the car wasn't properly serviced. And I actually ended up learning why. In service they only check 1 side of the brakes (assuming the left and right will match. If 1 side is X millimeters they will assume the other side is in proper spec. I was promised a refund for the cost going to the shop to get the tire flipped and the diagnostic on what was causing the extreme vibration. It is safe to assume that check will never arrive. I have service records from both the 3rd party shop, and BMW Irvine to back up these claims. Shame on Pacfic for claiming to have such stellar ethics. More

Always a great experience. I think maybe because of masks and Covid protocol I didn't get the usual run through of features in my new car, and not even sure I would have been comfortable having it anyway, bu and Covid protocol I didn't get the usual run through of features in my new car, and not even sure I would have been comfortable having it anyway, but I'm sure it would have been provided had I asked for it. It all happened as quickly as they could handle everything and that was much appreciated. My only critique would be for staff to have masks that fit well enough that they don't have to be touching/readjusting them so much, that part was a little nerve-wracking. When my lease is up again I am sure that issue won't even exist anymore. Overall I'm very satisfied as usual. More

I had my vehicle shipped to me in Oklahoma. The Finance and Sales people were both very friendly. However, the service I received was extremely disappointing. The vehicle was not cleaned/detailed. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic, I was expecting a thorough cleaning inside the vehicle. It clearly had not been vacuumed inside the vehicle and the trunk. There was trash in the pockets presumably from the previous owner. The seats still had crumbs on them. When I informed Frank of this, his response was the shipping truck arrived unannounced, despite the fact that the shipper had arranged the pickup several days prior. Frank did not apologize or take ownership of the issue. When I asked if he could reach out to the local BMW dealership to arrange a complimentary wash and detailing, his response was for me to get a quote. The other issue I have with Pacific BMW is with my paperwork. The contracts were sent Fedex next day for signing. However, my transfer of title and registration paperwork were sent via US Postal service. It is now 2 weeks and counting that I have not received the paperwork. The vehicle was sent without dealer paper plates. So I can't drive the vehicle. I specifically informed Frank that I needed to travel out of state and needed the title and registration paperwork ASAP. Why are you able to send the sales contract by Fedex but unable to send the post sales paperwork by Fedex, especially considering that it is not a secret that the US Postal service is clearly struggling at this time? This was my second BMW 5 Series that I've purchased in the state of California. The first one was from Monrovia BMW. That was a hassle free experience. The sales person handled everything. I was expecting similar service with this purchase. However, I can't say the same for Pacific BMW. When you purchase a luxury vehicle, you expect top notch customer service. That is far from what I received from Pacific. It was very disappointing. More
