Tom Maxwell was always my service rep for many many years. I have been leading with Acura of Westchester since 1997, and when Tom wasn’t there for a few years, I was very upset because nobody else trea years. I have been leading with Acura of Westchester since 1997, and when Tom wasn’t there for a few years, I was very upset because nobody else treated me with respect and courteousness than him. I was so happy he’s back. He’s the best rep and knows the business and how to talk to and handle people in all situations. He knows what customer service means! More
