They took my car apart and broke pieces of my drive shaft When I went to get my car the parts were thrown on the floor. And Tom my advisor BOLD FACE TOLD ME HE DO'NOT HAVE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. After being paid to do a diagnosis that he said was 400 then he kept my vehicle for 5 days only to tell it it's gonna cost 800 now. I had to pay a tow truck to bring my car to a shop. MY CAR IS STILL NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER 21 DAYS LATER!! UNACCEPTABLE..!! MY CAR DROVE THERE AND NEVER DROVE AGAIN!! IM SEEKING JUSTICE! NEVER BRING YOUR CAR THERE. I've had great experiences at George Moore. The staff is friendly and helpful and they return phone calls. They are good about noticing oft overlooked and simple but important maintenance items The staff is friendly and helpful and they return phone calls. They are good about noticing oft overlooked and simple but important maintenance items such as windshield wiper replacement. I've had at least on instance where I needed something done rather quickly to prep for an out of town trip and they worked with me to get it done. My truck also gets a nice bath on maintenance day! I came in for a service and was assisted by Thomas. He was so kind and funny!! I came in with my feral toddler. Luckily he was given snacks and was quiet. As When my car was done Thomas came out to let me know I was all set and looked around for my baby and asked where’d he go? I acted as if I didn’t come in with a kid and he was in a complete stay of shock!!! Thomas just stood motionless and confused stating “I SWORE YOU CAME IN WITH A CUTE LITTLW BABY” by this time I told Thomas I did come in with a baby but was picked up by my husband half way through my service! He laughed sooo hard!! Good times!! lol More

Was very unprofessional do not answer the phone they had to pay $460 for our diagnosis fee for them to write two sentences down about my transmission completely gone and are overcharged pricing me for a tra to pay $460 for our diagnosis fee for them to write two sentences down about my transmission completely gone and are overcharged pricing me for a transmission or as M code does not charge a diagnosis fee at all and other places that I call charge like $100 for a diagnosis fee I took my vehicle to this dealership. I bought it there. I always went there to get my oil changed at once. Did they tell me anything was wrong with my transmission or transmission fluid never. More
