They treat you with respect and explain the work needed on your vehicle and don’t try to upsell you on service you don’t need. I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. More

The service manager is rude 😒 I brought my car in for an oil change. I pulled into the service drive and specially informed the porter do not let the driver's side window down. So when my car was done an oil change. I pulled into the service drive and specially informed the porter do not let the driver's side window down. So when my car was done the service advisor said that they couldn't get my window up. I said explained to him that I wasn't paying for that so ya'll need to fix it. He was rude and told me what he wasn't able to do. I had to be at work soon and I asked for a loaner car. Well they fixed it. I didn't appreciate the attitude and I won't be coming back to get my car serviced at your dealership. I'll make sure to post on YELP about my experience at Lexus of Arlington. More

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus LC500 out of state. I would have bought the car locally but they're rare, only about 2000 being produced a year. Since they only come with summer performance tires they're even rarer where I live here in the snow belt north of Chicago and none were available equipped the way I wanted near me. I called Lexus of Arlington, spoke to a service writer and explained that I'd just purchased a certified used Lexus out of state and asked if I was eligible for their free car washes and was told I was. Truth be told I was also on a scouting mission to find a servicing dealer near me. When I got to the dealer I noticed that no cars were in line ahead of me waiting for the car wash. I was told to wait in their customer waiting area and I'd be called when the car was ready. Forty five minutes later I got up and started to look for my car to see what was taking so long. As I walked into the service bay a young man walked up with my keys and pointed me to my car. I tipped him and got into the car. My seat was out of adjustment so I pushed the memory button #1, where I'd programmed my seat, steering wheel and outside mirror settings and the seat proceeded to mash me forward into the steering wheel! Someone had re-programmed my seat memory, which I'd used successfully several times before. Also the driver's heat was turned all the way up and the passenger heat all the way down and my cell phone, which had been successfully connected to the car, was now deleted. This was obviously a sophomoric attempt to metaphorically give me the "middle finger" for not buying the car from them! I wonder if they've done something else I haven't discovered yet. I was nothing but nice to everyone I'd spoken to to this point, as is my nature. I immediately tracked down someone in service to tell them what had happened. He took me into his little glass office off the service drive and proceeded to lecture me that their free car washes were for customers that purchased cars from them, not some other dealer. I told him I'd purchased a Lexus Certified LC500 and that if his dealership had had one I'd have bought it there but they didn't. I told him my parents, on my recommendation, had bought a new Lexus from Lexus of Arlington several years ago. I also told him that they must love negative feedback because they sure acted like it and walked out. I must not be alone as their online reviews are quite low compared to other local Lexus dealers, something I wish I'd checked before bringing my car in to them. I have two years free scheduled maintenance that came with my Lexus and now I'm wary about taking the car in for service. What's next, sugar in the gas tank? If you're looking for a new or Certified Pre-Owned Lexus I'd strongly recommend not buying it from Lexus of Arlington. A quality car dealership should strive to make your life easier; the folks at Lexus of Arlington have gone out of their way to make mine more difficult. More
