2024 Camry LE (Stock #: RU866625P) Hello Branden, Disappointing? Yes, to you, the General Sales Manager (GSM) and to the General Manager (GM), Mr. Bernasconi, because bad "word of mouth" advertisement have negative business reputation. It's disappointing from your end, but to all customers, it is completely disrespectful, lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. Perhaps Roseville Toyota need to consider sending Esteban Lopez and Thue Lee to customer service and professionalism training to save future customers bad purchasing experience. During my transaction, there was no transparency and respect, that environment, did not exist. My daughter was present the whole time and made comments that we should just walk out. In hind sight, we should have walked out for the sake of dignity. It's now more than 3 months and the car purchase is done. I do not have any further questions. The name you see listed in this review is not my real name, it is just an alias. What can we achieve with further discussion? The problem is that I live about two hours away from your dealership, but Toyota dealers are everywhere in the bay area if you feel like trying to compensate me from the bad experience I had with your salesperson. He knew I had a long drive to get there and still he gave me a lousy service. So dissatisfied and disappointed

Wow, what a cheap excuse. Your goal is to get as much money from customers and you don’t care about customers satisfaction at all. That’s why you push customers to get warranties that they don’t really need, but you do it to get more money from them. Be careful with this dealership people
