Our experience was generally good. However, looking back, we spent over an hour with the finance dept even though we paid cash. That time would have been much better spent with the salesman getting to know the car. We have never owned a car with the electronics and media features in this one and really could use help learning and setting it up. Tico was good but rushed for time due to the marathon wasted in finance. More
