I have never been a car person In terms of priorities, a car was just a machine that got me where I needed to go. It was very low on my list. However, after purchasing my new Toyota RAV4, I can tell you that all of that has changed. I am officially in love with my Toyota!! I credit Toyota of Scranton fully. I didn't know what to expect going in, but they far exceeded my expectations. I actually put off buying a new car because I was stressed thinking about the stereotypical car buying experience. But, the whole experience was as low-stress and effortless as possible, to my surprise and delight. Our sales professional, Nick Viera, is a wealth of knowledge and was able to explain all of the features and terminology so that I, with zero interest in cars, understood it and became excited. He made the experience stress-free and fun. My husband and I test drove as many cars as we wanted on our own so we could find out exactly what we liked. The finance process was easy and Howard Sweeny was wonderful in walking us through every step. I thought it would take me months to buy a new car, but I drove home in my 2018 RAV4 that day. We've since brought our car into the service center for a routine checkup and follow-up service, and that experience was wonderful as well. Tiffany Peoples again made it effortless and stress-free. I am officially a Toyota of Scranton convert. I will never buy a car anywhere else and you shouldn't either! More
