Just like the sales department of dealership the service department is just as outstanding when it comes to understanding, listening, courtesy and genuine true customer service with a pleasing way of easing your stress and worry. It's a relaxing atmosphere that has all the conveniences of home. This is as I explain only cause I've had my girls with me had times while having to wait for my car etc. And they both being in the health they are were more then comfortable as well as occupied with things they would have been doing just as at home. The staff is very informal and keeps you up to date as well as my most favorite of all is that the staff is very kind and has blown my mind with how they can call and recognize me by first name basis! More
