Great place to deal with because of their employees. I just moved back in this area about 6 months ago and went to Toyota of Scranton to purchase a car and so far, I have been extremely satisfied with th I just moved back in this area about 6 months ago and went to Toyota of Scranton to purchase a car and so far, I have been extremely satisfied with the purchase and all the service that I have gotten done so far at this dealership. All the departments seem to be on the same page and they seem to work well with each other and with the customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good car dealership. I have to drive further to get to this dealership than I have to for service, but to me it is well worth it. More

From start to finish, this was a great experience. From the moment I appeared at the counter, Tiffany looked up and acknowledged me, and said that I would be waited on shortly, which I was. After that From the moment I appeared at the counter, Tiffany looked up and acknowledged me, and said that I would be waited on shortly, which I was. After that, she sent me contact info in case I had any questions while the work was being completed. Upon the completion of work, she walked me to my car and noticed that my car had not been washed, and asked me if I wanted it washed before I left. I said no, since the car was not really that dirty. But Tiffany should be commended for walking her clients through the process from start to finish. More

I would say either you never fully inspected the vehicle or you were trying to take ADVANTAGE of my son who brought the car in. Car was brought in for a sensor light that was staying on. I think you saw a TEENAGER and tried to get as much money out of him. Same thing happened a week ago to a girlfriend of mine that brought her car to you guys. Very disappointed! More

Other than them, there were many mistakes and missteps made along the way with my service. There was a deductible I wasn't told about until after the service was done. The antenna to my car was never plugged back in- I had to go back into the dealership to request that the job be completed. The mechanic looked at me like I had two heads and had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned this. I had to request a car wash twice even though I was previously told it comes with every service. Overall, I was just very disappointed with the entire experience- aside from Tiffany and Stephanie. More
