Excellent customer service I bought my car from Toyota of Scranton in 2011. They have serviced it since it was new. The service department is excellent. I never feel like I'm paying for unnecessary service. They make sure I know what routine maintenance is coming up and the work they do has always been perfect. I am extremely happy with the service I have received and would recommend them to anyone. More

And the mechanics were very trustworthy and knowledgeable. And i was just broken down , from out of state, and not a client. They all made me feel at home with their wonder/ comfortable WARM waiting room with fireplace and their own Dunkin Donuts. Never have I been treated so well from a dealer that i have never been to in my life. Highly recommended. More
