Easy to work with I set up my appointment online, dropped of my vehicle the following day, checked in and that's it. The tech asked if I had any concerns or if I needed I set up my appointment online, dropped of my vehicle the following day, checked in and that's it. The tech asked if I had any concerns or if I needed my vehicle at a certain time. The staff was very considerate. Pick up was easy too. The tech went over what work was done, had my vehicle pulled around. The dealership usually washes the vehicles as a perc but the machine was down again. Would have given 5 stars for that. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you. More

Happy Toyota Owner I am an owner of a 2018 Toyota Highlander. It is my first experience with a Toyota and this dealership. I have been very impressed with both my car I am an owner of a 2018 Toyota Highlander. It is my first experience with a Toyota and this dealership. I have been very impressed with both my car and Toyota of Scranton. I have never had such good service from a dealership before. My appointments go quickly so that I only have to wait on average 30 minutes for service. And I have never had a car that I enjoy more than my Toyota. I have great confidence in it. I love the features included. The ride is comfortable and the mechanics are sound. The computer is user friendly. The staff at the dealership are professional, friendly and courteous. More

Nice experience My service visit was timely, friendly, courteous and low pressure. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the overhead door operation. When I pulled in they hustle to the car and greeted me. I then when in to see Tiffany and she gave me the completion time. I went back to work and returned at 4PM to a completed job. More

My most recent visit involved the creation of a new key FOB, as well as cutting and programming a new key for my Tundra. The service department hit a home run with this visit.
