Toyota Care not what it seems I dropped my vehicle off for routine service using my Toyota care. They rotated tires and changed oil and filter then called me with battery terminals I dropped my vehicle off for routine service using my Toyota care. They rotated tires and changed oil and filter then called me with battery terminals needed cleaning and throttle body needed cleaning. If I wanted the service it would cost $190.00. I was under the impression that they would at least clean the battery terminals for me as it would take 5 minutes, but I was wrong. Toyota Care just covers oil changes and tire rotations and an invitation to get additional repair cost from you. Very disappointed as to this is regular maintenance that would not cost them much if anything in parts then add $150 in labor. How is Toyota Care looking out for you or your vehicle? More
