The reason for the 3 stars is during this service I had my oil changed and the technician failed to update the maintenance schedule in the vehicle computer. I recently got a message the vehicle was due f my oil changed and the technician failed to update the maintenance schedule in the vehicle computer. I recently got a message the vehicle was due for maintenance and I had to go in and reset the message. Also, I have synthetic oil; and from my understanding, I should not have to have it changed every 10,000 miles but the sticker on the windshield is fro 5,000. Which is it???? More

Tiffany was wonderful to work with as usual and she did give me a discount on the brake work I needed but the cost of the brake work even with the discount was expensive. I was there for inspection so I di give me a discount on the brake work I needed but the cost of the brake work even with the discount was expensive. I was there for inspection so I didn’t have time to check around for the best price to have the work done. I gave the work quality a 4 rating because after the work the brakes were squealing when I was driving down the road. I believe a metal sensor was maybe rubbing on the brakes? I did not call to complain or bring it back because of a family issue that occurred shortly after the day I was at the dealership. It was not affecting the brakes functioning. More
