I Spoke with a customer service representative already and She claimed there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation and make things right between i the customer and you the dealer which i find very hard to believe. I Gave out a few suggestions as things we could use as compensation or goid will gestures and they were fallen on deaf ears apparently. I will use this as a final attempt to come to a resolution with Toyota of Scranton before i more to further actions. Thank You.
