Toyota of Scranton used to be a great place to but a vehicle from. This last experience however has been terrible!! The staff were both somewhat rude , very pushy and have yet to acknowledge the issue d vehicle from. This last experience however has been terrible!! The staff were both somewhat rude , very pushy and have yet to acknowledge the issue dispite my many attempts to have the situation rectified. I was given a rate which ended up being false and after taking 5,000 from me they let me know the rate would now be higher and nothing could be done. I Spoke with my sales accosiate and the customer relations specialist and its been over a month and and have hears nothing in response. The entire experience had left a bad taste on my mouth and I will consider other places of business should I have the need for a vehicle in the future. More

Service desk personnel was superior. Friendly and helpful. Mechanic that fixed my car was sub par. They ordered the wrong parts and failed to notify my service rep.
