This dealer is subpar. I contacted them a month prior to purchasing. The day I went to look I asked if the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock which they never responded. When I got there we foun purchasing. The day I went to look I asked if the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock which they never responded. When I got there we found out that the vehicle I was looking at was indeed there, but had been a dealer demo and had been use and abused( scratched, seat broken, dents, stained, carpet mats missing) they were going to try to get me to pay a different price from the internet sales price til I asked about said items. They did fix these items and did give me the internet price and gave me a lower price for the gap and extended warranty. But they also lied to me and said that the vehicles warranty was almost up due to it being a demo. When I brought it to a different dealer to have some work done they confirmed that the warranty had actually started the day I purchased so the extended warranty wasn’t really necessary. They also made us wait almost 2 hours to clean the vehicle on the day we bought it and then they forgot about us waiting for the car. This dealer needs to communicate better.. none of the people I dealt with for this purchase are listed on this site or have been updated besides the internet sales manager More

Had to go there because they had the color I wanted, finance manager was very rude when I opted to not get additional warranty. Never been in a Kia showroom and first time, was very concerned based on some of the experiences of folks at other dealerships. However had a previous positive experience at another Bob Rorhman showroom concerned based on some of the experiences of folks at other dealerships. However had a previous positive experience at another Bob Rorhman showroom and took a chance. In past decade or so my experience was more on Audi, Cadillac, JLR, Volvo, BMW. The experience starting from Kamarie Jones, Tiffany, Roy and everyone was awesome. Purchased a Seltos fully loaded SX trim. Awesome dealership experience . More
