I can only speak from my own experience working with Steve Heinze who was just a pleasure to work with. I found him easy to relate to, down to earth, not pushy or annoying. He listened well, understood my concerns and let me make my decisions for myself while providing information when I requested it. Tiffany Philips also assisted to locate and obtain the Stinger GT1 in my hard-to-find color choice. She assisted with the final transaction and was gracious when we needed to negotiate. Another fantastic part of my experience was meeting and chatting with the service manager, Don Conrad! Don was so helpful in discussing my maintenance concerns. He went the extra mile and introduced me to a senior mechanic, Bobby, so we could talk shop. They recognized my need for information and were very forthcoming.
