No Service, not friendly, don't listen My wife and I went in to purchase a CTS. The first rep hardly acknowledged us. I tried to make small talk but the guy literally did not respond multip My wife and I went in to purchase a CTS. The first rep hardly acknowledged us. I tried to make small talk but the guy literally did not respond multiple times. He went to grab keys and another salesman came with the keys. We were hoping this would change our experience. This guy was hardly there, there was an aggressive shake to the vehicle that he passed off as the AWD. A lumber wagon would have ridden better. It is too bad since we were trying to buy American. Bad salesmen, Bad Car, Bad dealership. Pass on these guys, they don't want your money. Tim's leadership has allowed these guys to be lackadaisical. More

Hands down the best car guy I have ever dealt with. When I tell people I am buying a car 9 out of 10 will say I hate buying a car. I actually look forward to it as Scott and team make everything about buying a car a great experience. The also have a fantastic repair shop on Tom Sherwin in that department is outstanding to work with. More

Very friendly We were under a bit of a time crunch when buying this vehicle, (which I probably will not put myself in that position again). However, The staff were We were under a bit of a time crunch when buying this vehicle, (which I probably will not put myself in that position again). However, The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate myself and my family in the short amount of time we had there. Kevin Haugen has to be one of the friendliest gentlemen I have met. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to work on a couple of issues I had. I would definitely buy a car from him again. My initial contact was Tim Adams and he was very accomodating too. Since we were buying this car from quite a distance he allowed me to take pictures of my vehicle and forward them to him with some details so he could give me a ballpark figure for a trade in. Overall the experience was good despite the short time I had to get this deal done. More
