My wife and I first met with Tim Alexander on Sunday 9/11 and test drove the Q3. Tim showed us all of the features of the Q3 and was extremely helpful and courteous. We left knowing which Q3 we wanted but are plan was to finance with our bank. Therefore, we started working on the loan on Monday morning and went back to obtain a sales agreement. When we arrived, we met with Steven Hughes who was very friendly and sat us down to go over a deal. He answered all of our questions, went over all of the features of the Q3 and got us a better rate than our bank. The finance employee, whose name I do not recall, was great as well. I purchase a Audi Q5 this week from the Ft Lauderdale Audi dealership. Sales person Tim Alexander’s Friendly demeanor and thorough knowledge of the vehicle made the purchase a great experience. The show room closes at 7 PM and I was having some slight issues with my own insurance company which delayed the process. Tim made some extra phone calls and we ended up leaving 9 o’clock, two hours after closing time. All along Tim never lost his patients. When we were outside just after 9 o’clock with my new Vehicle and I saw the cleaning crew cleaning the windows I was thinking Tim has to “take off now” since its late.
