I am some what disappointed with the final purchase invoice is not what I agreed on but it was the car my wife wanted,also the car was not scratched at the time of the purchase,the next day when I when invoice is not what I agreed on but it was the car my wife wanted,also the car was not scratched at the time of the purchase,the next day when I when to pick up the car it was scratched and i was told i would get a call to take care of the matter as of today still waiting for the phone call from the dealership. The staff at Audi specifically Tim and James are top notch! I love my new EV Audi for around town. Honestly I just had my first road trip to Ocala and that was a nightmare. Not really an AUDI issue b notch! I love my new EV Audi for around town. Honestly I just had my first road trip to Ocala and that was a nightmare. Not really an AUDI issue but an EV issue that Audi will need to help address. There were 8 non-Tesla charging stations at the Turnpike service plaza, 6 of which were not working. Then the app send me to someone's house for a charging station. If you do highway driving 75-80 you do not get anywhere near the mileage. a 3-hour drive took me 5 hours. I had figured 30 minutes to charge, but there are so many people charging now that an 350 Volt potential charger was only charging at 45 volts. Many of the charging stations you have to back into going the wrong way on an angle. Tesla has definitely improved that network better than the non-Tesla EVs. I hope you can help improve! On speed of processing, I would just add that Jim or the dealership need network improvements as that did slow down the process. More

I worked with both Tim Alexander (sales) and James Phillip (finance) to buy 2 Q8s in one month since I totaled my first one. I was blown away by the experience both times.
