Nice place, but felt like I got screwed. Traded my car in, and had to really work to get it up to 10,000 for a trade allowance. Next day it was listed on the site at 18,000. And now it’s gone. I found him to be an exceptional communicator who quickly grasped how I wanted to do business and my preferred modes of communication. He patiently searched out the right car and came up with the right drive out cost. He had all of the paperwork in order and the car detailed when we arrived at the dealership. We were in & out in slightly over an hour. I found him to be straight-forward, transparent and really pleasant. I'm giving this review 5 stars based solely on him and his management of this entire car-buying process. Thanks Tim! More
