Reasonable car, HORRIOBLE service I shopped online, found a car I was interested in. I worked with Jeff. Jeff was a friendly guy. Then some manager came over and I dealt with him. But just came to push the car. I ended up buying the car through their financing vs mine which I was pre-approved for at a lower rate. Shop around on loans. I switched over loans in May and am still waiting for my refund on the GAP and warranty (which they jack clear up) in August. I had verbalized with them before switching over the loans that I wanted those cancelled. I have emailed and called Patrick and the general email with NO RESPONSE in over 2 weeks. It's going on 3 months of waiting for a refund. I received more information from the banks then I have from Patrick. I'm beyond irate at this dealership which I drove 2 hours to get to in order to test drive and buy a car form. Yes, I should have waited until Monday for my bank to complete the transaction, lesson learned. Also, I don't write reviews but this one warranted one. More

I had planned to make the 4.5 hour one way trip to pick it up, but a few issues came up and Kearns decided it best to deliver the car to me. They were above the mark in the care they showed to me. The price was extremely fair and actually lower than most places that I looked with in a 4 state area. I will use them again in the future! More
