Tim started in the automotive business with Koons White Marsh as a Product Specialist in 2001. He became a Finance Manager in 2005, moved to a Sales Manager position in 2007, General Sales Manager in 2012 and General Manager in January of 2018. Tim's favorite thing about the car business is helping clients achieve their goals and seeing them drive away happy in a new vehicle. In his free time Tim enjoys spending quality time with his family and is an avid Sports fan.

Tried to get a new car I Applied to get a new car with the online credit application. I received a call back after a day I was denied... In the meantime they never even both I Applied to get a new car with the online credit application. I received a call back after a day I was denied... In the meantime they never even bothered to even look at my credit they just shoved me aside the reason I know this is because the dealership where I got my brand new car pointed it out to me.... So you lost a sale and I will not be recommending you!!!! I think it's a shame you lied to a potiental customer very poor work ethics and horrible customer service..... More

Buying a new/used car I knew basically what I wanted when I went in. I knew what I could afford and would not go above that price. customer service Found a used 2008 Yellow Pontiac Solstice for sale @ Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh, MD and arranged to meet with Lamont that following Sat. Ended up Found a used 2008 Yellow Pontiac Solstice for sale @ Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh, MD and arranged to meet with Lamont that following Sat. Ended up getting the car and after leaving the dealership noticed a few issues with the car that I had not noticed when I test drove it. Spoke w/Lamont & Tim and after a few trips fixed all the issues and the car is running great. I would highly recommend everyone buying a car whether new or used from Koons. Their customer service and expediting repairs is 100%. This is a top rated dealership and I would do business with them again if I am in need of a car. An A+++++++ DEALERSHIP!. Kim More
