This was hands down the smoothest transaction and best hospitality shown that I've ever experienced in my car buying experience. There was absolutely no push to purchase anything additional nor any delays. For the first time ever we were actually treated and felt like Family. Second, the no haggle pricing on the website was the real deal. I did not get the upsell when I called in. Third, they made everything as easy as pie for me to do over the phone. Lastly, Sarah picked me up at the Nashville Airport (I'm from Panama City Beach, FL) and drove me to the dealership where my new baby was freshly detailed and ready for me to sign a few documents and roll out.
