This was not your typical car buying exsperience J.T. was awesome! I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years from a lot of dealers but this was nothing like your typical exsperience. We were in & J.T. was awesome! I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years from a lot of dealers but this was nothing like your typical exsperience. We were in & out in no time. J.T. made you feel like he was there for you & to get you the best deal possible! I would absolutely recommend going here & asking for J.T., he is top notch! We will be back! Always ask for J.T. if he isn't available ask for Daryl Oldfield. If you are looking for your next vehicle save your self a lot of headache & make the drive to Newtons Nissan. Not just a dealership, but a family. I went into Newton Nissan to have my 2015 Nissan Juke S serviced and was given a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR to drive while it was being repaired, I fell in I went into Newton Nissan to have my 2015 Nissan Juke S serviced and was given a 2017 Nissan Sentra SR to drive while it was being repaired, I fell in love with the car and requested a sit down meeting with Mr. James Sheppard to discuss my options, Mr. Tim called and confirmed my appointment and was very professional and to the point, I arrived early and James was more than willing and capable to get my process started, James made me feel not like just some customer he was trying to take money from but rather as a friend and as if we were family, he was professional yet personal and more that exceeded my expectations, he was kind enough to work out a deal that met all of my standards with Mr. Justin and I left with way more than I was expecting and not only gained a new car but a long lasting relationship with Newton Nissan and I have my dear friend James Sheppard to thank for it. We are elated!! Our first experience and purchase with Newton Nissan was nothing but positive! We quickly learned the two Nissan Specialists, Kevin Mears and Paul Dil Our first experience and purchase with Newton Nissan was nothing but positive! We quickly learned the two Nissan Specialists, Kevin Mears and Paul Dillard, were exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, and professional. These two worked well together (as team members) as we had originally spoke with Kevin regarding the specs of the vehicle, but while he was busy with another customer, he requested Paul to help us. Wow! Teamwork! Paul provided us with a plethora of details regarding the vehicle and also gave us input based on his personal experiences. This information was welcomed and appreciated. After crunching numbers and finally deciding that this vehicle was for us, we then spoke with Anthony Green in Finance. Anthony certainly knew his way around the paperwork and made the transaction run very smooth and quick (in a good way). Finally, we ended the evening with Paul who helped us with the vehicle settings (and even helped us clean out our car that we traded). Again, Paul was very informative and willing to help us in any way. Upon our departure, we observed the joy in Paul's face. It was very evident that he is a person who loves their job and additionally loves to make others happy. We are so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience! Thank you, Newton Nissan!! More
