As always, exceptional service! The service manager was extremely friendly and courtious and was ready to take my truck immediately to the service area. He had my info in hand from my earlier reservation call, showed me where I could wait, coffee, etc. They performed the recall software update, as well as ran several other checks to insure my truck was functioning correctly. I had trouble that morning with a dead battery, which they decided should be replaced under warranty. I have recommended this dealer to a large number of folks, many who have had similar experiences that I always have there. More
