My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland Park Ks. The truck was towed to Rob Sight Ford and they worked hard to get it fixed the next day so we could travel back home. This dealership has been extremely easy to work with through the years. The service department is great. They do their best to get your car together n the shop as soon as possible and always work with y through the years. The service department is great. I needed to get my oil changed and NO WHERE on your website does it tell you that it is first come first serve. So I made a service appointment and wrote down what I needed. When I came in for my appoi website does it tell you that it is first come first serve. So I made a service appointment and wrote down what I needed. When I came in for my appointment, with my two grandkids, I was told that I didn’t need an appointment and it would be 2 hours before they could get to me! Please make it clear on your website what a patron is supposed to do for oil changes because all Ford dealers don’t do the same thing. More
