I didn't have a good experience from the time I walked in to the 4 days later to get truck that needed tires and service? That was early evening before done! Had to bring in to have new part put on. They told be 3-3 1/2 hour wait. Offered me a vehicle for the day or a Lyft. It too 2-1/2 hours so a shorter wait time. Got several apologies. Tim Doran is usually my service advisor. He is excellent. Knowledgeable, conscientious, and mindful of cost. There are some employees who are wearing gators for face covering. These are worthless.
