Beware. Do not buy from this dealer! Put a $500 deposit down and 8 hours later Sales manager Tim calls to say that sorry car was sold the night before yet Do not buy from this dealer! Put a $500 deposit down and 8 hours later Sales manager Tim calls to say that sorry car was sold the night before yet the sales rep don’t me he check before taking my deposit via credit card. Tim says that happens about twice a month and “you are free to buy a car from wherever you want”. Which I did from a truly ethical dealer Kunes Family Auto in Antioch IL. It was worth the hour drive to get a better van and a better value and with an honest dealer. If you decide to put down a deposit make sure you get in writing that they won’t sell it from underneath you as apparently they do at least twice a month. Not a way to do business and I plan to share with everyone I know (including Nissan HQ, the facts of how the buyer (a church) I represented was treated. More

John is an honest, considerate family man and goes to great lengths to figure out what you want. He gives you many options of purchasing a certain year, what features you want, all intended to get to th great lengths to figure out what you want. The managers are visible, and friendly and at a desk on the floor and all very personable. I have never bought a car more enjoyably.
