Used to be a pretty classy place place. I've been going there for ~19 years. I"ve been told it's under "New Management". I told that employee "I understand. Say no more." 1. I did not I've been going there for ~19 years. I"ve been told it's under "New Management". I told that employee "I understand. Say no more." 1. I did not appreciate learning that this dealership no longer performs interior/exterior Detailing Services. 2. The Service folks missed a maintenace requirement "I believe related to the main timing belt. 3. I was given a rental car with no I-pass transponder. Was not asked/told this fact. 4. The variety of New vehicals on display in the showroom was pathetic and the Saleman that walked me around new precious little about the ones you DID have on display. I travel ~30 miles out of my way specifically to come to THIS dealership. Now that it has gone downhill I won't go out of my way going forward. I can get BLAH anywhere. More

This was the 5th car I've purchased from Countryside Nissan. They are easy to work with, and I consider them trusted advisors for my family's vehicle needs. Team did a great job. I was in-and-out in abo Nissan. They are easy to work with, and I consider them trusted advisors for my family's vehicle needs. Team did a great job. I was in-and-out in about 2 hours which is mind blowing fast! Huge thanks to John, Tim and Raph! More

The service department always takes good care of me. BJ Diloy is great, and the Service Manager (forgot his name) immediately came out to greet me when I pulled my car up. The tech did a good job, and BJ Diloy is great, and the Service Manager (forgot his name) immediately came out to greet me when I pulled my car up. The tech did a good job, and they provide a video of the check of your vehicle and let me know what services would likely be needed next time, but didn't try to upsell me right now before they were needed. More
