I basically interacted with three gentlemen throughput the process, Tim Easterling, Dominic, and the finance manager, Joey Broussard. Everything went as smoothly and professionally as one could ever wish the process, Tim Easterling, Dominic, and the finance manager, Joey Broussard. Everything went as smoothly and professionally as one could ever wish for. On our arrival at the dealership, it took about 1 hour to complete the process and drive out in our new GX460. I would recommend Tim Easterling to any of my family and friends..If I was able to just deal with Tim my experience with the dealership would have be perfect. Manny made what should have been a great experi friends..If I was able to just deal with Tim my experience with the dealership would have be perfect. Manny made what should have been a great experience of buying my dream car awkward and uncomfortable. When I didn’t buy the products that he was offering it was so apparent that he was upset and down right mad. The rest of my interactions with him which should have been great was just horrible. I was in a car accident and had to get a new car. Tim helped me to make the best decision for me and what I would be happy with long term. Manny basically told me I would regret not getting these services and my family member who was helping me gave me bad advice. More

Dom Thornton did a greatjob selling. However, i was Dom Thornton did a great job selling. However, i was incredibly disappointed that the finance dept told me that the only available rate for leasing w Dom Thornton did a great job selling. However, i was incredibly disappointed that the finance dept told me that the only available rate for leasing was an APR of 16%. That is outrageous especially when I have an excellent credit rating.
