One of the main issues with the dealership is lack of
communication. We discussed a plan with the Sales Manager for when our car arrived. We went through a Sales Consultant for the purchase due to the Ma

We went through a Sales Consultant for the purchase due to the Manager being out and there seemed to be a disconnect. Information was not relayed and prices changed which left us with a poor experience overall. I am not sure at this time if we will continue to lease through Lexus moving forward.
