I recently took my F250 to Boucher in Thiensville to have
my tonneau bed cover replaced after the original had been torn off by a wind gust.

Service Advisor, Tim, did his research for the correct bed cover—even to the point of calling the purchase dealer for the original cover’s part number. That ensured the cover ordered was of the correct size—the first time.
As long as we already had the vehicle in for service, Tim recommended the 60k mile front and rear differential maintenance package. He knew the F250 is our family’s RV tow vehicle and we were just at the start of towing season.
While watching the video of the newly installed tonneau bed cover, Service Technician Brian’s inspection showed front brakes nearing replacement level. He recommended new front pads and rotors. He also mentioned the tires were nearing replacement depth as well as seconding Tim’s 60k differential maintenance package recommendation.
Remembering Service Advisor, Angie, mentioned the $1 over cost tire sale was on again in late spring during my last oil change and Tim confirmed the sale was still in progress, we also ordered new tires.
Although the final list of service items well exceeded just replacing a tonneau bed cover, all those items would have needed attention separately within the next several months. Knowing the F250 was our tow vehicle and we were just at the start of towing season, the Boucher service team did their best to assure our family had a full, trouble-free towing season ahead of us.
