I told him no and that we needed to get the business out of the way first. He smiled and escorted me to his desk. To make a long story short, I was denied the car loan. He explained everything in detail and did not try to pressure me about more down payment money. Two days later I was called back and asked Is this the car I wanted? I said yes, but I had been turned down two days ago. Tim told me to "come get your car"! I was at work with my boss at my desk, could not hold my composure. She asked if I was alright and I told her about my blessing. I told Tim I would have to call him back, he said that would not be necessary just come and get your car! This is truly a blessing for me and I know that the gentlemen that helped me will be blessed two-fold!!!!! Thank you, Sincerely More

At any rate, it turned out to be an eMail communication issue--we were not receiving communications due to the fact that the server there was not delivering their or our messages. Once Sales Manager Tim Hagan called us at home, we were able to work out a fantastic deal on an Outlander Sport 2.4 GT. He and Frankie went out of their way to provide us with not only a top price, but great service and human kindness. Inasmuch as my wife had an extremely busy work schedule, they pre-filled out all of the paperwork, did financing online, and readied the car before we got to the dealership. It took only 30 minutes to pick up the car and do all the paperwork--I would call this "above and beyond" any possible expectation. Everybody we dealt with was kind, sincere, and caring. If anybody is interested in getting a compact SUV/Crossover wagon, I would recommend this car (Outlander Sport 2.4GT) as a top choice, and would STRONGLY RECOMMEND that one purchase the vehicle at R.C. Hill Mitsubishi. 5 STARS, everybody!!!!!!! More

What can you expect from a prima donna type atmosphere in a car dealership where everyone thinks they are the supreme authority on everything. Besides being abusive and flat out wrong, they are only concerned about their almighty dollar. Bad reputations are no match for license plate holders that bare there bad name. Don't believe their reviews on other sites, they are made up by friends and family. More
