Floyd our sales man worked with me from the get go on the phone and then when I arrived. I was given the utmost attention and was not haggled at all. Best car buying experience since Saturn From the first email inquiry about a used car on their web site, to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Outlander Sport, Seleana Nicholson and From the first email inquiry about a used car on their web site, to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Outlander Sport, Seleana Nicholson and Tim Hagan were all about serving MY needs. I was way upside down in my current car loan, and Seleana showed me how a new car would actually be easier to trade into than the used model. She explained the slightly misleading advertised "Internet price" (it did not include the destination charge on the factory sticker, an omission I hope they will consider correcting in future ad campaigns). and was very pleasant to work with during the entire buying experience. After we settled on an Outlander Sport ES, Seleana handed the negotiations off to Tim Hagan, who was the most respectful sales manager I have ever dealt with. Tim repeatedly came up with ways to get closer to my budget, shopping the banks for the best rates, and getting me not only a great deal on the car, but on my car loan as well. His creativeness and some give and take put an offer on the table that was happily accepted. Interestingly, the delivery the next day was the best part of the whole experience. Seleana and Tim were so prepared, I was in and out in under 20 minutes - WOW! For service like that, they SHOULD advertise the delivery fee in their pricing, as the fee certainly was EARNED. More

He looked like he was ready for a fight if prevoked. Seleana Nicholson and Tom Hagan were so good to us. We had a GREAT experience with them both. We drove a couple of different cars. We finally decided on the Outlander Sport 2015. There was NEVER any pressure put on us to buy. We feel that they were sincerely interested in helping us, not just trying to make the sale. They wer so good to us, that we went back and bought a second car for my husband too! It was a Mirage 2015. Great on gas! We will be back in the future for any of our cars needs. We would recommend RC HILL to anyone looking to buy a car. We recommend Seleana Nicholson and Tim Hagan to anyone. If you want a GREAT experience go to RC HILL. More
