We were greeted by Troy Stoops,who treated us very kindly and professionally all throughout the experience. We told him what we were looking for and he found it for us. There was no stress or pressuring during the whole time. It was a pleasure to also work with manager Tim Hagan, who was also treated us kind and professionally. Overall...a great car buying experience I arrived just before the heavy rain hit on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted at the door by Mike Gray, with a friendly smile and a welcoming handshake. Mike listened attentively as I told him the vehicle I was interested in and my current lease situation. He then explained the rebates and loyalties available, took down my info and off for a test drive we went. Next I met with Tim, the sales manager that day, and he explained the terms of loan, gap insurance, and the benefit of having gap insurance-as I had never had it before. We nailed down a price and then Tim explained every piece of paper I was signing while Mike prepped my Outlander Sport for me to take delivery. I was out the door in about 2.5hrs. I haven't felt that good about, nor during a car buying experience since I bought my 1st car-fresh out of college. Kudos to Mike, Tim, and RC Hill Mitsubishi! **Took a bit of extra effort to get the 2nd key. But in doing so I met the service coordinator, Barbara Jones. Super nice and courteous!! More

He took the time to answer my inquiries even though I could hear the excitement of a very busy dealership in the background. We set an appointment for that Tuesday. When I arrived, Jeff immediately made me his #1 priority as a customer. We settled on a 2014 Lancer. During this time Tim Hagan the Sales Manager, was expediting my financing and got the perfect payment that I needed. The R C Hill team is the most customer oriented dealership that I have had the pleasure of working with. Just a little background info, before I met with Jeff Welcheck I researched their inventory on www.rchillmitsubishi.com. Their web site is the most user friendly and informative that I have seen. I found that the base Mitsubishi cars had more luxury features included as “no charge”; i.e. Bluetooth, than the competitions more expensive upper grades. I confirmed these options at the national site, www.mitsubishicars.com too. Compare R C Hill's inventory with the competitors and you will be convinced too. R C's web site also has a link where you can compare cars side by side and feature by feature. Once again thank you Jeff and Tim Hagan! Thanks for taking the time for putting my deal together. I'd like to start by saying that this was the quickest car deal I've ever made & the salesmanship was not that of the typical dealer! They were not pushy at all and really left the ball in my court at all times! With my average credit score, trade with high mileage, and my small down payment - these guys were able to get me financed and into the vehicle that I'd been searching for! Not only did they make the numbers work, but I received free oil changes and rotations for 5 years. The best part of the entire deal was actually the phone call that I received the following morning AFTER I had already signed papers the previous evening. Before pushing the signed paperwork through and calling it good, these guys made one last call and managed to get me financed at a MUCH lower interest rate AND a shorter term!! They absolutely didn't have to do this either; they could've let it be because at that point the paperwork was complete!! I was completely elated and knew that I had made the right decision! I'll definitely be a loyal RC Hill customer for future purchases! More

Jeff had contacted me promptly after I sent my inquiry throu I went to RC Hill to look at a used 2010 Mistubishi Lancer that I had seen on AutoTrader. Jeff had contacted me promptly after I sent my inquiry through the site, and stayed in contact with me until I arrived at the dealership. Upon arrival, my dad and I were immediately impressed. We were expected to be hassled and harassed into buying the car, but there was NO pressure form the sales team, instead just smiling faces and and eager sales staff. The price I saw on AutoTrader was apparently a typo, and $1000 cheaper than the dealer listed price, but they matched the price on the printed ad I brought with me. Jeff was so friendly and easy to get along with, and I never felt like I was being forced into purchasing. This was my first time going through the car-buying process (with the help of my dad) and, even though Deland is a bit out of my way, I will be sure to check out R.C Hill the next time I need to buy a car. More

When I arrived he came right out, the car I was most interested in was right up front and we immediately took a test drive. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and made the whole experience very calm and easy. Also the price for the car and everything I wanted was perfect and was below what I thought it would be. Overall, I had a great experience and I would return to them the next time I'm looking for a new car. More
